  • Elektronische telefooncentrale: Automated Attendant is een virtuele telefooncentrale, het doorsturen van bellers naar de gewenste persoon of het automatisch geven van informatie die ze nodig hebben, 24 uur op 24 en 7 dagen op 7. Oproepdoorschakeling kan zelf gepersonaliseerd worden naargeland het tijdstip en de dag.
